CONDITIONS OF USE
I/ DEFINITION
In these Conditions of Use, the words or expressions mentioned below shall have the following meaning:
“Graphic Charter”: means the creations relating to the general structure of the Website.
“General Conditions of Use” or “GCU of the Website”: means these conditions of use of the website https://charnay-paris.com/
“Contents”: means in particular the brands, logos, domain names, graphics, photographs, still or animated images, sounds, texts, data, product descriptions, whether visual and/or sound.
“Cookies”: means information placed on your hard disk by the server of the visited website. Cookies are tracers placed and read during the consultation of a website. It contains several data: the name of the server that placed it, an identifier in the form of a unique number, possibly an expiration date.
“Website”: means the charnay-paris.com website accessible from the URL address https://charnay-paris.com/ or any other URL address that may be substituted for it.

II/ ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
Access to and use of the Website are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these General Conditions of Use.
By browsing the Website, regardless of the technical means of access and the terminals used, the User is presumed to be aware of these GCU and to accept their terms.
These GCU apply, as necessary, to any variation or extension of the Website on existing or future social and/or community networks.
The GCU may be modified at any time by the company Charnay (hereinafter “Charnay”) due to the evolving nature of the Site, which may be subject to changes, particularly by making new features available or by removing or modifying certain features.
The User is therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the Website’s GCU before any browsing, which can be accessed at any time on the Website. In case of disagreement with the GCU of the Website, the User shall not use of the Website.
III/ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Brand, the Graphic Charter and all the Contents of the Website (slogans, photographs, videos, animations, drawings, graphics, logos, pictograms and texts in particular) are the exclusive intellectual property of Charnay and may not be used, represented, extracted or reproduced (for commercial purposes or not) in any way whatsoever without the express prior consent of Charnay. Any use, representation, extraction or reproduction of said contents and rights without the express consent of Charnay is constitutive of an infringement exposing its author to the sanctions provided for in particular by articles L713-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, without prejudice to any other action that Charnay may take.
IV/ PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
All of the data collected will be processed in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 “informatique et libertés”, amended by Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights of access, query and a right to rectify, update, delete all data about you that would be inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date, or whose collection would be prohibited, as well as a right to object within the framework of Article 21 of Regulation 2016/679, or to object to the use of data for canvassing purposes including commercial canvassing, to request limitation of processing when you object to it, when you dispute the accuracy of data, when the processing is unlawful or when you need it for the establishment, exercise or defense of your rights in court. The User may receive proposals or be informed of our promotional offers by e-mail. If they do not wish to receive such offers, they can simply write to us (indicating their name, first name, address and customer number) or unsubscribe from our offers directly on the Website via their customer account.
By accepting these GCU, the User acknowledges having read this personal data protection policy and consents to the collection and use of such data by the seller strictly for the purpose of using the Website.
In the case of a purchase, the personal data management policy is governed by the General Conditions of Sale (GCS).
The website uses cookies (text files placed on the buyer’s computer). They do not allow to review personal data and do not store them. The privacy of the customer is respected. Cookies are only used to better serve Internet users, especially when they are customers or when they are registered for one of the website’s services.
